Stumbled across this company after searching for a KIA service centre who could take my vehicle for a diagnostic for an urgent issue. After having no luck with the others I contacted ACE who were extremely helpful and had no issue with sending a team on site to help me. They arrived next morning within the time frame I had been given and diognosed the problem and gave me details and a quote. They did the repairs and were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I'd called another service (my own vehicle's brand servicer), waited 2 days without further follow-up up.I called Ace at 11.00am on the day, mechanic arrived at 12.15pm! Mechanic was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. Assessed my urgent job quickly, immediately left and returned quickly with required parts. Completed the job with no delay then gave a bit of a discount on his already fair quote. Bloody impressed and will call you again if I have any future issues. 6 out of 5!

Exhaust smell in the car; the problem was diagnosed promptly and fixed. Not only he is an efficient mechanic; his manners and personality were exemplary.Canned expect anything better.

Good morning, my name is Marg, unfortunately my starter was getting old like me, so after a couple of phone calls, I rang Ace Mechanics, spoke to Alan, he was amazing and helpful with approx of cost of fixing of car. Their are mobile service which is easier as not waiting hours at a workshop. The mechanic came, Mohamad, he is so polite and helpful, actually still in shock as being in my 70s was like the old time of feeling being treated politely and genuine. Thank you and Alan for making me feel like a person not a number. I will most definatly be recommending and being a return customer. Please give these guys a call if you need a mobile mechanic you will be more than HAPPY.

This was my first time to experience ACE mechanics service - my Mercedes ML500 had its annual service. I would like to thank James in particular, he was very professional and responsible, checked every detail and told me what I needed to pay attention to in the future, and he responded quickly and completed everything perfectly if there was any problem. Mercedes has been servicing my car for many years, but James' work is admirable. I highly recommend ACE Mechanics, a company serving Victoria, professional service, quick response, and I am very satisfied.

Liam started working to jack up my car, well before i had even got to pass him my keys, took a video from underneath the engine, identified the issue and gave me the directions for resolution. Under 30 minute job, paid $139 but i got exactly what i needed to know without the fluff and bs 🙂 Thank you Ace - will continue to utilise your services long term! BIG recommend!

I highly recommend Ace mechanics! Booking the order was super easy, and they were very thorough with the inspection. The mechanic talked me through the report and saved me from buying a very dodgy car. I'd happily use them again!

Friendly and efficient service.
Called around 12 noon mobile mechanic arrived around 1.30pm job completed approx 4.00pm.
Mechanic explained very clearly
what the problem was before commencing the job and how much it was going to cost.

Nirmal called me to let me know what time he would be arriving and was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car. I had ace come out to do an independent assessment of my vehicle and diagnostics after another mechanic failed to repair an issue after 5 days and because I had doubts around the work they stated they completed.
My mechanic diagnosed correctly all issues and then subsequently repaired the vehicle and completed the works the previous mechanic failed to compete within 3 hrs
He provided a full report with photos which I will be using to seek compensation and to take the matter to consumer affairs for remedy.
I can't thank you enough for the work you done and the integrity, honesty & due diligence in repairing my car.
Trust is so important especially as I am a female and I will not be using another mechanic in the future. I highly recommend to anyone thanks again 🙏🏼I'm so grateful

Ace Mechanics is great! my ute needed a massive job 8 hours Will and Lucky were doing the job in 37 degree heat and while pouring rain. They were both amazing! Cant thank them enough!

Highly recommend Ace Mechanics for a pre purchase vehicle check. I called at 6pm and was able to organise inspection for 2pm the next day. Had an email with a very thorough report by Luke and Henry and follow up call explaining report by 4pm that day. Fantastic service thank you

I needed a roadworthy on my car, ACE MECHANICS exceeded my ecpectations at every turn! Stephanie arranged the pickup of my car ON THE DAY I called (the nearest competitor needed a week) and kept me updated throughout the process - Luke picked up at 12 and dropped back to me by 8:30 the next morning!
