I had ace mechanics come out on friday the 12th dec due to a electric window that would not wind up on my golf car
.i had the privilege of having norm attend..he was on the ball,knew the problem in a few seconds..the cable had broken and needed to be fixed asap ,due to everyday hospital appiontments..norm took the time to ring around and found a second hand one in great condition.he went and got it and came back and proceeded to put it in after taking the old one out..it was stinking hot and he still gave it 100 percent great customer service..when it was completed,he checked and triple checked it was working..

Mechanic named Norm delivered absolutely excellent service for me today, went the extra mile to change my alternator, went to get the part and stayed working late to get me back on the road in the day when other mechanics I’d seen this week didn’t want to give me the time of day to get it repaired. Will be using ace again and requesting Norm personally. Thanks a lot!

I recently had ACE perform a vehicle inspection on a Ford Ranger at a dealership. The mechanic Will was thorough and provided a detailed report. As usual he found some issues and even called me to discuss in detail. The feedback from Will and follow up call was excellent, which resulted in the dealership correcting all the issues, even if they were only minor.
If you’re buying a used vehicle, I would highly recommend to use ACE. This is my second time using them and they always have our interest in mind. Great service. Big 5 STARS and a big thanks to Will.

I had a mobile ACE mechanic come to get a car started and serviced after it had been sitting in weather for two years and I was hugely impressed with Osman from the Port Melb branch who worked for longer than he had expected, even in the rain at one point, but he did a brilliant job. The car runs like it was new! Very impressed. I definitely recommend them.

Norman came from Ace mechanics this morning to diagnose a failure to start on my '78 Lancia Beta Spyder. He showed great empathy for an old car like mine as he has his own old car collection. when through the car like an old school mechanic and diagnosed a fuel pump problem after eliminating an electrical issue. All done in a dimly lit basement car park. Quick too. A great job.
