Really quick communication, makes it really easy to book. I booked a pre-purchase vehicle inspection, the report was very comprehensive and looked at almost everything.
The mechanic Owen phoned me after the inspection and was up for a good chat and provided some great insight and advice regarding the car and even a little bit on the purchasing process.

I recently had ACE perform a vehicle inspection on a Ford Ranger at a dealership. The mechanic Will was thorough and provided a detailed report. As usual he found some issues and even called me to discuss in detail. The feedback from Will and follow up call was excellent, which resulted in the dealership correcting all the issues, even if they were only minor.
If you’re buying a used vehicle, I would highly recommend to use ACE. This is my second time using them and they always have our interest in mind. Great service. Big 5 STARS and a big thanks to Will.

I had a mobile ACE mechanic come to get a car started and serviced after it had been sitting in weather for two years and I was hugely impressed with Osman from the Port Melb branch who worked for longer than he had expected, even in the rain at one point, but he did a brilliant job. The car runs like it was new! Very impressed. I definitely recommend them.

Norman came from Ace mechanics this morning to diagnose a failure to start on my '78 Lancia Beta Spyder. He showed great empathy for an old car like mine as he has his own old car collection. when through the car like an old school mechanic and diagnosed a fuel pump problem after eliminating an electrical issue. All done in a dimly lit basement car park. Quick too. A great job.
