I had a pre-purchase inspection done for car that I was buying from the facebook marketplace. Nirmal did the inspection for me while I was present at site - he was very detail oriented and took the time to explain what he was doing while he was doing it. He gave me a insights on his findings as well as stuff that I should look out for in the future if I decided to purchase the car. The findings from him were eventually also reported to the seller and fixed in the road-worthy-certification.
Nirmal was amazing - punctual and professional with his work. In hindsight, though pricey booking the pre-purchase inspection with Ace-Mechanics was the best decision I took before purchasing the car.

Ashley was wonderful with my old little swift! Poor thing overheated and had to leave her in a 7/11 while I went to work. He communicated with me throughout the day and was honest about what was needed.
Albeit not happy that my car was just serviced less than 2 months ago, by another mechanic, but Ashley saved the day. So professional and wonderful!

I had 2 pre purchase inspections done by Kerem and honestly, I cannot fault him. He was incredible. Spent 15 mins with me on the phone explaining everything after sending the report through.
He explained everything so thoroughly.
They also helped out with one of them with just hours notice.
10/10, would use again!!!

The mechanic Owen phoned me after the inspection and was up for a good chat and provided some great insight and advice regarding the car and even a little bit on the purchasing process.

recommendsI recently had ACE perform a vehicle inspection on a Ford Ranger at a dealership. The mechanic Will was thorough and provided a detailed report. As usual he found some issues and even called me to discuss in detail. The feedback from Will and follow up call was excellent, which resulted in the dealership correcting all the issues, even if they were only minor.
If you’re buying a used vehicle, I would highly recommend to use ACE. This is my second time using them and they always have our interest in mind. Great service. Big 5 STARS and a big thanks to Will.

recommendsI had a mobile ACE mechanic come to get a car started and serviced after it had been sitting in weather for two years and I was hugely impressed with Osman from the Port Melb branch who worked for longer than he had expected, even in the rain at one point, but he did a brilliant job. The car runs like it was new! Very impressed. I definitely recommend them.

He showed great empathy for an old car like mine as he has his own old car collection. when through the car like an old school mechanic and diagnosed a fuel pump problem after eliminating an electrical issue. All done in a dimly lit basement car park. Quick too. A great job.
