I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work done on my car by Ko. From the moment I met him, he was professional, honest, and straight to the point. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, and made sure I understood what was actually wrong and what needed fixing.
The job was done efficiently and properly — my car is running better than it has in a long time. You can tell he genuinely knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. It’s hard to find someone trustworthy in this industry, but I felt completely confident leaving my car in his hands.
Pricing was fair, turnaround time was great, and the overall service was above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to family and friends.

recommendsI recently had ACE perform a vehicle inspection on a Ford Ranger at a dealership. The mechanic Will was thorough and provided a detailed report. As usual he found some issues and even called me to discuss in detail. The feedback from Will and follow up call was excellent, which resulted in the dealership correcting all the issues, even if they were only minor.
If you’re buying a used vehicle, I would highly recommend to use ACE. This is my second time using them and they always have our interest in mind. Great service. Big 5 STARS and a big thanks to Will.

recommendsI had a mobile ACE mechanic come to get a car started and serviced after it had been sitting in weather for two years and I was hugely impressed with Osman from the Port Melb branch who worked for longer than he had expected, even in the rain at one point, but he did a brilliant job. The car runs like it was new! Very impressed. I definitely recommend them.

He showed great empathy for an old car like mine as he has his own old car collection. when through the car like an old school mechanic and diagnosed a fuel pump problem after eliminating an electrical issue. All done in a dimly lit basement car park. Quick too. A great job.
