We contacted Ace on a Friday night and had a mechanic come over on Monday morning, which was super fast. We had a lovely man named Norm and he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help fix my parents car. My parents are elderly and he made everything so easy and smooth for them to understand. Payment was convenient. If you are looking for an fantastic mechanic I recommend ace mobile Merchanics they provide great service had my Nissan tida airbag censer light fixed along with my horn they came out explained what was wrong in a way that I could understand. Had to take my car in to head office in Dandenong when I explain to the Merchanics I don’t drive on the city they arranged to get me a loan car and drop it to me and take my car in and to drop it off when fixed. I couldn’t fault them at all Julie at head office was so understanding and a pleasure to deal with. Along with the Merchanics themself went over and above. Would recommend them for all your Merchanical needed
